Product overview
With an AVC/H.264 CODEC LSI chipset built-in that supports 4:2:2 Chroma, the HV9100 Series provides high-quality and low latency in a wide range of bitrates.

Booth demonstration
Videos compressed with three different bitrates -8Mbps(4:2:0), 25Mbps(4:2:2), and 55Mbps(4:2:2)- were demonstrated using a triple PDP monitor. Many visitors commented that the picture quality was very impressive, even at low bitrates. The HV9100, the resent Beijing Olympics, was demonstrated and attracted a large number of visitors.

The H5000 Series is a high-quality encoder and decoder made for content transmission; it supports a lightweight and compact half-rack size. It can be mounted onto OB Vans, helicopters, and motorcycles and is perfect for transmission and relay from the field and events over ENG/SNG and dedicated lines.

Demonstrations showing high-quality pictures produced by the H5000 Series were representative of the great experiences many broadcast stations in different countries have had with the product.

In addition to the HV9100 Series, the H5000 Series was also used at the Beijing's Olympic. Applications included mobile relays in games such as marathons.

It is ideal for broadcast equipment such as SNG and FPU systems with a simple device construction and professional quality video.

We had a demonstration with using 2 large monitors. We have got a lot of attention from customers who is considering to imprement our LSIs to video surver or codec solution.

Product overview
The MPEG-2 single-chip LSI, which makes it possible to encode and decode HDTV images, is perfect for systems that require low latency, such as transmission of live images, interactive video communication, surveillance cameras, and home video and TV equipment designed for wireless connections.

Booth demonstration
We had a demonstration by playing Video game in order to image the situation connecting wireless TV and Video game console.

Due to the latency between encode and decode processing of Video game video is only less than 20 msec, customers felt that they had no stress to play Video game with looking decoded picture. The customer, who is considering to implement encoder LSI to wireless camera, had a special interest.
