The Japanese Government declared to lift the state of emergency in 39 of the nation's 47 prefectures on May 18, and further 3 on 21 May. Although Tokyo metropolitan area including Kanagawa Prefecture, where NTT electronics locates, remains under the state of emergency, the number of infected people decreases steadily, and public transportation and logistics operate normally the same as up until now.

Regardless of whether the state of emergency is lifted, NTT Electronics operates business as usual by promoting teleworking and also maintains product manufacturing and delivery while thoroughly preventing infection, the same as up until now.
