μICR is a receiver frontend module for Digital Coherent systems such as 100G DP-QPSK and 200G DP-16QAM.
Dual polarization optical hybrid, quad balanced photoreceivers, a monitor photodiode, a variable optical attenuator transimpedance amplifiers are integrated in a surface-mount type ultra small package.
The size of the package is 12 x 23.5 x 4.4mm3 and it is applicable to coherent CFP-DCO and CFP2-ACO transceivers, as well as the conventional ones.
