  • μICR is a receiver frontend module for Digital Coherent systems such as 100G DP-QPSK and 200G DP-16QAM.
  • Dual polarization optical hybrid, quad balanced photoreceivers, a monitor photodiode, a variable optical attenuator transimpedance amplifiers are integrated in a surface-mount type ultra small package.
  • The size of the package is 12 x 23.5 x 4.4mm3 and it is applicable to coherent CFP-DCO and CFP2-ACO transceivers, as well as the conventional ones.

  • Integrated monitor photo diode and Variable Optical Attenuator (VOA)
  • Integrated VOA, Polarization Beam Spliter (PBS) and optical hybrids into silica-based Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) chip.

  • Key devices such as Silica-based PLC and InP/InGaAs photodiode in-house technology.
